Your complete guide to using Clubmate as a member

Getting Started

Creating Your Account

When your club administrator approves your membership application, you'll receive an email with your login credentials:

  • Username: Your email address or a username provided by your club
  • Password: A temporary password (you'll be prompted to change it on first login)

Security Note

For your security, please change your password immediately after your first login. Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and special characters.

First Login

  1. Navigate to app.clubmatevolleyball.com
  2. Enter your username and temporary password
  3. You'll be prompted to change your password
  4. Complete your profile by adding a profile photo and updating your information

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard is your home base in Clubmate. Here you'll find:

  • Upcoming Matches: See your next games and fixtures
  • Training Sessions: View scheduled training sessions
  • Team Information: Quick access to your team details
  • Payment Status: Check your membership fees and payment history
  • Announcements: Important updates from your club

Managing Your Profile

Updating Personal Information

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner
  2. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
  3. Update your information:
    • Profile photo
    • Contact information
    • Emergency contacts
    • Medical information (if applicable)
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Important

Keep your contact information up to date so your club can reach you for important announcements, match schedules, and emergencies.

Teams

Viewing Your Teams

As a member, you can view:

  • Teams you're assigned to
  • Team rosters and member lists
  • Team schedules and upcoming matches
  • Team statistics and performance

Team Communication

Your team coach or manager may send announcements through Clubmate. These will appear in your dashboard and may also be sent via email or Telegram.

Matches & Fixtures

Viewing Match Schedule

Access your match schedule from:

  • Dashboard - Upcoming matches widget
  • Matches section - Full match calendar
  • Team page - Team-specific matches

Match Information

For each match, you can see:

  • Date and time
  • Opponent team
  • Venue and location
  • Match status (upcoming, live, completed)
  • Results and scores (after match completion)

Training Sessions

Viewing Training Schedule

Check your training schedule to:

  • See upcoming training sessions
  • View training location and time
  • Check attendance requirements

Training Attendance

Your attendance at training sessions may be tracked by your coach. Regular attendance helps improve your skills and team performance.

Payments & Fees

Viewing Payment Status

In the Payments section, you can:

  • View outstanding fees
  • See payment history
  • Check payment due dates
  • Download receipts

Payment Methods

Clubmate supports various payment methods:

  • Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, etc.)
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash payments (recorded by club admin)

Payment Reminders

You'll receive automatic reminders when payments are due. Make sure to pay on time to maintain your active membership status.

Mobile App

Download the App

Clubmate is available as a mobile app for Android devices:

  • Full access to all member features
  • Push notifications for matches and announcements
  • Offline access to your schedule
  • Quick access to team information

Notifications & Communication

Email Notifications

You'll receive emails for:

  • Match reminders
  • Training session updates

Telegram Notifications

If your club uses Telegram, you can subscribe to receive:

  • Urgent announcements
  • Match updates
  • Training reminders

Contact your club administrator to subscribe to Telegram notifications.

Troubleshooting

Login Issues

If you can't log in:

  1. Verify you're using the correct username (usually your email)
  2. Check that Caps Lock is off
  3. Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
  4. Contact your club administrator if issues persist

Missing Information

If you don't see expected information:

  • Check with your club administrator - they control what information is visible
  • Ensure your membership is active
  • Verify you're assigned to the correct teams
